A clever twist on the traditional head torch – the Seek 450 Cord Recharge has a retractable headband cord that lets you use it as either a head torch or a handheld light. Neat and packable in your pocket or toolbox, this USB-C rechargeable lamp boasts decent water-resistance and Silva’s Intelligent Light system (which combines spotlight and flood beams). The output tops out at 450 lumens with a 90-metre beam, three brightness modes take you down to 80 lumens, and there’s a 10-lumen super-low setting that stretches burn time to 90 hours.
