Fits like a trucker cap, wears in like a waxed jacket

Wear this bad boy long enough, and sooner or later someone will tell you that you look like you're off Ice Road Truckers. Accept the compliment. Filson's Logger Mesh Cap is built from 14-oz. oil-finish Tin Cloth – the same waxed canvas they’ve been putting on the backs of foresters and prospectors since 1897 – with a polyester mesh back for ventilation. You’ve got a pre-curved bill (best stick it in a coffee cup overnight anyway…), six-panel construction, debossed metal buckle on the adjustable strap, and an embroidered Filson patch up front. Wear it non-stop, make sure you get plenty of dirt and campfire ash on it, and watch it develop that beautifully battered patina that no amount of distressing trickery can fake.

    • To prevent the transfer of oils, we recommend avoiding prolonged contact between Filson oil finish goods and light-colored fabrics, especially in warm weather.
  • Sustainability through Longevity - Filson guarantees the quality of every item they make. It's that simple. They believe in their products and stand by the quality of workmanship, craftsmanship and materials in each one. Every Filson product is guaranteed for life against failure or damage in its intended usage.
  • Over the years, Filson's philosophy has never changed: Make sure it's the absolute best. Clinton Filson spent a lot of time talking to his customers and refining his designs to their specifications. So it's not surprising that the items that worked then still work today, over 120 years later. Comfort, protection and durability never go out of style.
