These Japanese incense sticks from Earl of East are hand-dipped and rolled from charcoal and spring water, with each stick burning for around 30 minutes — long enough for a proper wind-down. There are roughly 55 sticks in a tube, so it’s built for regular use rather than the occasional treat. Light the tip, blow out the flame and stand it upright in a heatproof holder, then let the evening slow down around it.

Using a mix of naturally derived essential oils and botanical fragrance oils, all ingredients are ethically sourced and fully traceable to origin.

Similarly, all Earl of East candles are hand poured in East London and made using eco-soy (non-GMO) wax, which ensures the candles burn slower and last longer. Suppliers are ethically certified, ensuring that materials do not contribute to deforestation and respect the rights of workers and indigenous people. Wicks are made from eco certified cotton and unbleached linen, so your candle shouldn’t smoke or create a large flame. The candles are also vegan, Halal and kosher. Meanwhile, incense cones are made using wood and bamboo sticks scented with essential oils. All materials used are vegan, non-GMO, paraben free and cruelty free.
