If you grow your own herbs or use a lot of herbs in your cooking, this versatile little tool will be an invaluable companion. The compact design fits easily in an apron pocket or kitchen drawer, so it’s ideal for harvesting herbs from your garden or patio, or when prepping dishes in the kitchen. Trim your herbs with the sharp and precise scissors, then strip leaves from their stalks with the circular strippers integrated into the handle. It works particularly well for making light work of woody herbs such as rosemary and thyme.

Wipe clean of dirt, water, and fingerprints regularly and store in a dry place. To maintain the look and functionality, occasionally apply a thin coat of protective oil. Use a medium to fine file to straighten out any larger dings or nicks in the scissors. The edge can be honed with a medium sharpening disk or stone.
