Contained in biodegradable pouches, the coffee is nitrogen-flushed before sealing to maximise freshness, so all you need to do is add water that’s just off the boil, stir and steep for five minutes. This Legacy blend is a sweet, complex coffee, with flavours of baking spice, toffee and forest fruits. It’s a mix of Peruvian and Ethiopian beans, sourced at premium prices from hundreds of smallholders through community associations and carefully selected local buyers.
